MEET TIFFANY

Tiffany Wynn is a wife and mom with a passion for helping others live their best lives. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specific interest in women’s health. A fashionista by trade and a school teacher by experience, Tiffany never imagined she would be where she is now, but she could not see herself doing anything else at this point!

Tiffany got her first taste of the fitness industry in 2010 as a Zumba Fitness Instructor. Because of her background in cheerleading, she excelled in dance fitness and became one of the premier instructors in the Houston area. In 2015, Tiffany continued establishing her mark in the fitness industry as a Team Beachbody health and fitness coach. It was through her own journey of self-improvement, that she realized how truly passionate she was about nutrition and fitness.

Tiffany decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer in order to reach and help more people on their journey of physical improvement and used this opportunity to also inspire others mentally and emotionally. She began training clients virtually and has helped many people get in shape right from the comfort of their homes.

WHY BODY AFTER BABY?!

Tiffany became pregnant with her first child in 2015. She lost her child halfway through her pregnancy due to a rare condition called anencephaly. She struggled with her weight and body composition after her loss despite following a fitness program and nutrition plan.

Tiffany found out she was pregnant with her healthy baby girl just 4 months after losing her son, Titan. Although she was active and healthy for the nine months of her pregnancy, she still gained 40 pounds. After giving birth to her beautiful baby girl, Savannah, through a cesarean section, she was determined to get her body back and feel good about herself again.

Tiffany began using fitness programs but saw very little progress. She could not seem to lose the fluff and she was having a difficult time regaining her strength. Her formal training kicked in and she checked herself for Diastisis Recti and sure enough, her abdominal muscles were spaced 4 fingers apart. This made Tiffany wonder how many other new moms must be suffering from this issue, as well as others like a weak pelvic floor and incontinence, but not have the same knowledge she did to recognize their problem.

She put her personal training skills to use and started creating her own workouts, focusing on the areas the fragile postpartum body need most, which are often missed in other generic programs. She had great success by tailoring her workouts to her healing new mom body and started sharing her workouts with other new moms who also saw the benefits. Thus, unlike anything else on the market, “Body After Baby” was born and is now accessible to new moms across the world!
